Rated as the greatest NBA point guard of all-time, Magic was the #1 draft pick in the 1979 NBA Draft after a tremendous college career at Michigan State University Spartans. Magic led the Lakers to 5 NBA Championships in the 1980's, 3 times was the NBA MVP, 3 times named NBA Finals MVP, a 2 time NBA All-Star Game MVP and played in 12 All-Star Games. Magic attempted a comeback in 1996, but only played in 32 games before retiring for good. He finished his Hall of Fame career with 17,707 points, 6,559 rebounds and 10,141 assists and was enshrined into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2002.
