Gino Marchetti had a tremendous career with the Baltimore Colts from 1953-1966. He played in the Pro Bowl every year from 1953-1966, and was a 1st Team All-Pro selection every year from 1956-1964. In 1963, Gino was named the Pro Bowl MVP, and he led the Colts to 2 NFL Championships, in 1958 and 1959. He was named to both the NFL 75th Anniversary All-Time team and the NFL 1950's All-Decade Team. Gino was named the top defensive end in the NFL's first 50 years. A World War II veteran, Gino Marchetti was a machine gunner as he fought the Battle of the Bulge. Ranked as the 15th Greatest Football Player of All-Time by the Sporting News in 1999, Gino was elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1972.
