Regarded as one of the greatest players to ever lay in the NHL, Bobby Orr played from 1966-1978 all but 2 seasons with the Boston Bruins. He led Boston to 2 Stanley Cup Championships, scoring the clinching goal in both the 1970 Stanley Cup Finals and the 1972 Stanley Cup Finals. He was awarded the Conn Smythe Trophy both years as the Play-Offs MVP. Bobby Orr has won a record 8 Norris Trophies as the league's best defenseman, and is also the only defenseman in NHL history to have won the scoring title, with 2 Art Ross Trophies. In his first professional season, he also won the Calder Memorial Trophy as The Rookie of The Year. Named The Sports Illustrated Sportsman of The Year in 1970, Bobby Orr became the youngest layer ever inducted into The Hockey Hall of Fame, at the age of 31 in 1979.
